Royal Nag Aviation designed and manufactured a complete functional Cessna aircraft model for R.L. Jalappa Institute of Technology, featuring our signature attention to detail and educational functionality. This life-size replica serves as a comprehensive training platform incorporating a full suite of functional systems, including operational flight control surfaces (ailerons, elevators, rudder, flaps), working instrument panels with simulated avionics, and operational throttle, mixture, propeller, and trim controls. For enhanced learning, the model includes educational features such as a removable cowling for engine component study, access panels for examining internal structures, color-coded wiring, and functional pre-flight inspection points. The interior configuration is an authentic cabin layout with adjustable seats, dual controls for instructor-student scenarios, and working doors and emergency exits, all designed with proper weight and balance considerations.
