Following our pioneering work, Royal Nag Aviation delivered another successful aircraft restaurant conversion in Vadodara, featuring an Airbus A320 transformed into a premium dining destination with enhanced capacity and features. The design was enhanced to increase seating capacity to 110 guests through an optimized layout and a multi-level dining experience with a mezzanine addition. The dining zones were creatively designed, converting the cockpit into an exclusive Captain's Table and offering a First Class Lounge, Business Bay, and Family Wing sections. Culinary integration was key, with a state-of-the-art kitchen, live cooking counters, and themed "in-flight" food delivery systems. The experience is enriched with entertainment features like a flight simulator for guests, an aviation museum, and interactive cockpit tours. This Vadodara project demonstrates our evolution in aircraft restaurant design, incorporating lessons learned to create an even more spectacular dining destination and maximizing commercial viability while maintaining an authentic aviation ambiance.
