Royal Nag Aviation transformed a life-size Airbus A320 fuselage into a luxury aviation-themed restaurant, pioneering this concept in India and creating the landmark AERO DINE establishment. The transformation scope involved a complete structural assessment, a custom-designed restaurant interior accommodating 100 guests, and the integration of a commercial kitchen, all while preserving authentic aircraft features. The dining experience features distinct sections like a First Class VIP area, a Business Class premium dining area, and a Cockpit Lounge bar, along with an external seating deck on the reinforced wing. Technical innovations included reinforcing the flooring for restaurant operations, modifying emergency exits to meet safety codes, and integrating professional kitchen ventilation and fire suppression systems. The restaurant incorporates authentic aviation elements, such as illuminated cockpit instruments and a PA system for ambiance, to create a unique flight atmosphere. The project's success established Royal Nag Aviation as India's pioneer in aircraft restaurant conversions.
